Introduction

For our film project , me (Jack Casey), Harvey Sayer and Caitlin Dear-Fitzpatrick are beggining with making a prelimanary film before making a final feature film, we would then analyse and get feedback on this short film before making an actual feature presentation. To begin with our group thought researching different genres would help us narrow down our options before selecting a final genre for our film. Firstly we narrowed it down to 3 genres, Gangstar/Crime, Mockumentary and Romantic Comedy, but we have eventually decided to go with Gangstar/Crime as we have decided this would offer us the greatest scope to improve on or first efforts and would be the most challenging.
